We have deployed a good number (about 80) of the Unifi switches of the 8, 16, 24 and 48 port variety, all POE. I can tell you the failure rate is HIGH - we have had about 20-35 or more fail - we think about 25% have failed within 3 years including with almost every 16-port one failing.
